In 1992, Ira Clair and Gary Gjersten formed their partnership by combining their knowledge and experience in real estate, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, landlord tenant and commercial litigation. In 2020, Ira Clair retired. Gary and the firm’s three associates, Mary Aufrecht, Erin Flynn and Brett Milchman formed Clair Gjertsen & Weathers PLLC upon partnering with Wendy Marie Weathers.
