Erin Flynn is known for taking the time to understand her clients’ needs and presenting her clients with pragmatic and sensible solutions. She is a tenacious advocate who thrives in the courtroom.
Prior to becoming a partner at Clair Gjertsen & Weathers PLLC, Erin was an associate at Clair and Gjertsen, Esqs. Previously she was employed by a bank firm prosecuting foreclosure actions and brings her experience from the other side of the isle to benefit our clients. Before turning to civil litigation, Erin honed her courtroom skills as a criminal defense attorney.
A Boston College graduate, Erin received her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Erin has taken on leadership roles in the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) previously serving as the chair of the Committee on Lawyers in Transition, chair of the Young Lawyers Section, membership chair for the Criminal Justice Section and a member of the NYSBA House of Delegates. Erin is also a current member of the House of Delegates for the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA).
Erin is actively involved with the community as a Board member of the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra and a Board member of LVW Greenwich.
